“By failing to prepare… you are preparing to fail”
Opportunities for airline positions can be limited and competition is often high.
Technically you may be the best pilot on the day, but if you are unprepared for the interview or unaware of what is expected of you in airline selection, then securing that dream job may be more challenging than it should be.
Airlines essentially look for the same competencies and attributes in their new pilots – whether they are newly qualified, hold commercial experience or are applying from a military background. Each airline will, moreover, have their own processes and perspective when identifying suitable candidates – and selection processes change regularly.
