Designed to take modular pilots directly from training into the right hand seat of an E-jet, this is a part funded rolling programme which reflects the value that BA CityFlyer and Kura place on the skills and qualities that modular pilots bring to the industry.
Key Features of the BA CityFlyer Modular Pathway:
- Available exclusively to modular trainee entry pilots
- Commercial Pilot Licence and Instrument Rating required
- Pre-entry selection process
- Part funded BESTPILOT training
- Fully funded JOC
- Fully funded and bonded Embraer 170/190 type rating
- Guaranteed First Officer position on satisfactory completion of training
Following a two stage selection process, successful applicants will receive a First Officer job offer which is subject to satisfactory completion of the training.
Kura’s BESTPILOT programme is part sponsored and will include an enhanced MCC, Upset Prevention and Recovery Training and pre type rating training.
After completing BESTPILOT, the Jet Orientation Certificate and Embraer 170/190 type rating will be paid for by BA CityFlyer and is fully bonded.
